If you are already fans of our wine tasting dinners then you will love this event! We have paired up with the local award winning distillery, Blackdown Spirits to bring you an evening of cocktails and spirit infusions, paired with a 5 course dinner by head chef Paul Welburn.
Sarah Thompson from Blackdown will be your host for the evening as she presents a series of drinks especially created to compliment each course. Sarah and Paul worked together to create the menu so this is your chance to share their passion for food and drink pairings and discover new ways of enjoying local produce.
The evening will start with a welcome drink and nibbles before you take your seat in The Stag Room for an evening to remember.
