A 5 course menu of Highland Wagyu beef, born, bred and raised in the majestic Perthshire hills of Scotland, created by head chef Paul Welburn and hosted by Craig Smith from Highland Wagyu pedigree beef company. Paired with a selection of wines, this intimate evening will take place in our Stag Room.
