MELT is a metabolic workout focusing on high intensity interval training for maximum fat burning and toning of the body; high intensity cardio is mixed with strength and conditioning moves to tone your body.  All fitness levels are welcome. 

Every Monday 9.30-10:30 (except Bank Holidays).
