Kaleidoscope Pre-school operates from a purpose designed, accessible building in Hampers Green and provides term time sessional childcare for children aged 2-5. The children are cared for in a welcoming open plan, free flow learning environment where the experienced team focus on learning and development through a variety of activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage. The children also have access to a large safely enclosed garden with a soft surface covered area for ride on toys, a play house, a wooden pirate ship, a walk in sand pit and large lawn and natural shade from three large established trees. To the rear of the building there is a securely enclosed nature garden with a small child safe fish pond, a bug hotel, a digging pit, storytelling area, fruit trees and vegetable and fruit growing areas. Kaleidoscope Pre-school has been established for over 20 years within the community and is a not-for-profit registered charity with an active committee of trustees.

Petworth Gardeners Club is an informal club for gardeners to meet at gatherings and events operating on a social basis which means an enjoyable, fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Everyone is welcome, there is plenty to learn and enjoy for all participants at all levels.
PGC has an allotment provided by the Town Council forgrowing, learning & sharing.

Our Petworth Farmers Market operates from 9.00am – 1.00pm every 4th Saturday of the month.
Petworth Film House is a not-for-profit community organisation run by Volunteers and managed by a committee of local people, our objectives are to give each film-night audience a highly engaging and memorable experience, we also seek to promote local community interest in film as an art and as a medium of information, education and entertainment.
All proceeds go directly to fund improvement projects in Leconfield Hall. So far PFH has contributed to insulating the roof, has fully funded the installation of hi speed internet and wifi throughout the entire building, and is now working towards installing facilities to enable live broadcast events to be shown, as well as upgrading the halls audio system
