No.73 lies in a quiet, 1970’s cul-de-sac and has glorious green views with ample parking. Bedrooms are fresh and pretty with good pictures and well dressed beds.
A home cooked breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients is served at a long oak table and the floral conservatory is an ideal place to enjoy tea or read a book, overlooking the ell planted garden and beyond to an outstanding view of the South Downs. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a network of footpaths that will take you to much of the area and Petworth town is only a short stroll away.
Unusual self-catering accommodation in unique historic building over two floors, with its own courtyard entrance. Sleeps 6, in three bedrooms with king size, double and twin beds and two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with shower only.
The three bedrooms are on the first floor, and on the top floor there is a large and light double-height reception room with open plan kitchen, originally built in 1877 as the studio of portrait photographer Walter Kevis. Glimpses of Petworth House and the church tower can be seen across the rooftops.
