With a beautiful landscape setting like Petworth it's the perfect place this May half-term to get out your camera and join an inspirational workshop from 31 May to 2 June led by Sharp Shots Photo Club.
With courses tailored for 7 to 11 year olds and an afternoon session for 12 to 15 year olds there's a level for each child to find out how to get the most from their camera. There's even the option to rent a camera for the day.
31 May - Colour
This workshop is all about colour and composition. Learn how to frame a great picture, find out what setting to use when and for our older photographers learn about the manual mode to reach new levels of photography.
1 June - Wildlife
Find out what settings to use to to take moving subjects. For our older photographers its all about shutter speeds to capture those great butterfly, bird and other wildlife photographs.
2 June - Landscapes
Petworth inspired JMW Turner to paint beautiful landscapes of the grounds, follow in his foosteps and learn how to compose your own landscape photographs. Aperture will be discussed with our older photographers to take crisp photos with a great depth of field.
