Sydney based Cambridge graduate, Virginia Herlihy is CEO and Founder of How Do You Do it whose award winning coaching programmes champion Virginia's passionate belief that there is more than one version of success, a belief which is essential to any driver of change.
In this interactive session, Virginia will share the strategies which have been vital to her in achieving her own version of happiness and in teaching her children to strongly believe that it is possible to lead a life they love both at home and at work.
Virginia’s highly personal reflection will look at the reality of trying to grow a successful business while staying true to your core values.
