DESCRIPTION:6 SEPTEMBER 2025 \n12.00pm – 4.00pm \nThe 1st Petworth Scouts Group are hosting a traditional Fete to help raise funds for a new HQ Hut and on the 6th of September\, 12-4pm\, join us for a wonderful day of music\, food and drink\, activities\, dog show and so much more! Lots of prizes to be won and fun for the whole family.  \nWe hope you’ll join us and have a wonderful time at our traditional fete. We will have onsite parking available (weather permitting) £1 per car and free for blue badge holders. Other parking is available in Petworth town centre.

DESCRIPTION:7 – 9 JUNE 2024 \n5.00pm – 8.00pm \n\nWe are participating in the nationwide Big Help Out which is a 3 day nationwide volunteering bonanza from 7-9th June. We are looking for help and contacts to improve the facilities at our Scout HQ and will be focussing on improving outside areas and repainting the inside of the hall.\nWe would love to see as many of our Scouting family at the HQ as possible. Do you have a couple of hours to spare to come along with your Scout and lend a hand to help with DIY or painting? This is another great opportunity to build on the volunteering ‘give it a go’ spirit that is such a key part of Scouting.\nThe Big Help Out is a nationwide campaign that got a lot of coverage last year and is set to be even bigger this year. It is a really wonderful thing to be a part of. If you think there is a local business or organisation that would like to be involved please let us know.\nTo help us plan the weekend please use the Website form to indicate when you might be able to come and join us.
