SUMMARY:All Now Flown Wild Concert
DESCRIPTION:18 SEPTEMBER 2025 \n7.30pm – 10.30pm \n\n\nAll Now Flown Wild is a concert of the famous book of that name which concerns the Arthurian corpus and events in Hong Kong. The players are Peter Suart\, Rob Lamont and Kung Chi Shing. Structured pieces are woven with the spoken and sung word and a great deal of improvisation. \nKung is flying from Hong Kong to play the concert. He and Suart formed ‘the box’\, a theatrical music ensemble\, in HK in 1987. Lamont played with the band in HK for the Bluebeard and Songs from the Wilderness shows. \nPeter Suart writes\, paints pictures\, designs books\, and is a musician and theatrical performer. \nRob Lamont is a multi-instrumentalist and music producer\, residing smugly on the tropical Sussex coast. He performs internationally and makes recordings from his studio in Portslade. His chief project is Meet Your Heroes\, a jazz-rock trio that delivers snappy fusion nuggets to the Heads. \nKung Chi Shing is a Hong Kong free improviser on electric violin and Balinese flutes\, and a composer\, educator and curator. \nDoors and bar open at 7:30pm\, the show starts at 8pm with an interval. \nNot suitable for children.
