A blended hatha yoga class with postures particularly focused on building a toned and strong centre. Cultivating strength in deeper abdominals and glutes. Including muscles such as your pelvic floor, abdominals, glutes, hips, back muscles, and diaphragm (the muscle that controls breathing). Together working with the spine to create stability in your midsection. But it’s not all about strong abs and glutes – these poses massage and stimulate your internal organs, supporting digestion, metabolism, boosting energy and the immune system.
Warm up, work out, breathe, stretch it out. You won’t regret it!
