Evolve is a lively youth club made just for young people in Years 5 and 6. It’s the perfect chance to hang out with friends, try fun activities, and enjoy some freedom in a safe and welcoming space at The Centre.

Designed to sculpt and tone the upper and lower body, using weights to strengthen and refine. Each class will combine a hybrid style of yoga and strength training to keep flexible & to reactivate “switched off” muscles.

Join us for some free, hands-on fun, suitable for children aged 2 to 4. Activities include storytelling, make and take crafts, and occasionally take place outdoors, so come prepared!

Our newest event at Petworth Library. Come along and play some boardgames, all supplied by us. We have Scrabble, Chess, and Backgammon.

A gentle, slow, restorative practice often incorporating yin yoga elements. Soothing the body, mind and spirit. Often, a mat-based practice using props, bolsters, and straps to support the body to gently open and release.

Join our choir! We are a thriving mixed-voice choir of 100 members, and whilst we do not audition members, we are not short on ambition

Every Thursday from Petworth Library. A gentle half-hour stroll. Flat surfaces to walk on with places to sit if necessary. Finish back at the Library with free tea and coffee.

Enjoy a relaxed Friday evening with friends and family at our sunset sipping. Watch the sun go down over the vineyard and South Downs. Spend the evening drinking our exceptional vintage English sparkling wines and partner it with a sharing platter from our local Sussex producer.

A blended yoga class, consisting of more flowing sequences of the Vinyasa style, with attention to individual poses, alignment, and mindfulness, to create an invigorating blend that builds strength, length and heat in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind. 

Have a go at a heritage craft in this one-day workshop to weave your own rustic foraging basket, suitable for beginners. This workshop is perfect for beginners and an ideal introduction to weaving with willow.

From 12pm to 3pm, Suzanna Duxbury will perform a selection of favourites in the garden, creating the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed summer afternoon.

Learn to weave a willow swallow or two to take home, in a small group outside in the beautiful Petworth Gardens. This is an ideal beginners workshop at a gentle pace with plenty of one-to-one tuition.
