Join Anna to explore the powerful elements of fire, air, water and earth, in the beautiful surroundings of Black Barn. We will focus on our breath (air), embracing the ice bath (water) in the light of the fire, and feeling the earth beneath our feet. You will gain practices to weave into the art of ‘wintering’ – giving ourselves permission to move with the seasons. We’ll spend some time journalling and enjoy a delicious, healthy, warming meal together with time to reflect on our experiences.
