We are delighted to invite you to The Collector’s Edit: Exceptional Works Under £1,000, a special summer exhibition opening this Saturday 1 August and running throughout the month. We have brought together a selection of paintings by many of the artists our clients know and collect, alongside decorative new discoveries, all priced below £1,000. Building a collection is not always about spending more; it is often about recognising quality when you see it.
There will also be a number of paintings that have been repriced as we make room for the exciting acquisitions arriving this autumn, while others simply deserve another moment in the spotlight.
One of the joys of running a gallery is watching a painting unexpectedly stop someone in their tracks. We hope you will come and spend some time exploring our gallery this August. There are some wonderful surprises waiting, and if history has taught us anything, it is that often the painting you come in to see may not be the one you leave with.
