The Art & Science of Living Longer with Dr Katie Armstrong, Clinic at Newlands House Gallery

4 MARCH 2026
6.30pm – 7.45pm. Arrive by 6pm, for the talk to start at 6.30pm.
Chronological age is just the number of years you have lived, whereas biological age is how well your body is actually functioning. Genetics play a role but so does your lifestyle, environment and stress.
The diseases that kill us – heart disease, stroke, dementia, diabetes and cancer – are at least in part, preventable.
Come and find out what the latest science tells us about disease prevention and biological ageing, and what we can do about it. You can’t change your date of birth, but you can change how your body ages.
Curious to know your own biological age? Katie will explain the current methods of assessing biological age, and attendees will receive £100 off a GlycanAge biological age test, with doctor consultation to interpret the results, at Clinic51
