Welcome to our first LGBTQ+ Pride event here at Langhams.
On Saturday 9th July from midday until close expects live music (and more) for all ages; a celebration of LGBTQ+ life in the heart of the South Downs.
This event is still in the planning stages. Please save the date, and do pop back soon for further details.
Live Music will be provided by Saxophonist Martin Gray + Wavy Day + more.
The event is free to enjoy and we’ll be collecting for LGBT+ Switchboard.
LGBT+ Switchboard is a confidential helpline that provides support on the phone, email and instant messaging. It’s a safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional well-being.
It’s a volunteer-run helpline that’s existed since the 1970s and remains a vital resource for thousands of people across the UK. People who may be feeling isolated in their community, they may be coming out and want to talk to someone who has been through it, they may have an issue that is concerning them and need to talk it through with somebody who won’t judge them, or they may just need to know where they can meet other people in their area.
