Designed to sculpt and tone the upper and lower body, using weights to strengthen and refine. Each class will combine a hybrid style of yoga and strength training to keep flexible & to reactivate “switched off” muscles. Using classic principles of yoga, combined with the use of light weights, expect to gain all the benefits helping you achieve a lean, sculpted physique. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling stronger, toned, and leaner by increasing your metabolism. Plus improving posture, stamina and endurance. A great way to support your body at any age but especially important for preventative care as our bodies naturally age.
