A gentle, slow, restorative practice often incorporating yin yoga elements. Soothing the body, mind and spirit. Often a mat-based practice using props, bolsters, and straps to support the body to gently open and release.  Always combining movement, mindfulness and breathwork.  Suitable for all levels, beginners and experienced yogis.
