Sound Bath with Verity Megan at Clinic 51

Sound Baths are an all-encompassing, full-body experience that relax body and mind, reduce stress and lower cortisol levels. A highly effective form of meditation, they are an excellent way of soothing worries, and releasing unconscious emotions or tension – the waves and vibrations fully immerse you in sound.

This Sound Bath will be led by Verity Megan, using her beautiful Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls – each made from ethically-mined quartz blended with crystals, semi-precious gemstones, minerals and precious metals. Each individual bowl is unique, and so each set of bowls creates a unique experience.

The effects can be felt almost instantly as the body relaxes into a deep state of rest. Nothing is required of you but to lay and listen….The perfect way to replenish after the summer holidays!
