In this day of wellness, we will focus on the key pillars of good health that will work to keep us happy and thriving well into later life.
The day will focus on:– Movement
– Nourishment
– Sleep
– Emotional Health
Perhaps you have your diet nailed, but would love to sleep better? Maybe you have a brilliant exercise routine, but still find it difficult to sleep? Or perhaps you eat, move and sleep well but still feel that something is missing to make you truly enjoy life to the full. Or you’re ready for a health reset and would like to find out more about all of the key areas of health.
Over the course of the day, there will be talks & workshops, with plenty of opportunity for Q&A, from a range of experts in their field, who will give advice, guidance and practical tips on how to make impactful changes that will significantly improve your long-term health. These include:
– Kate Rowe-Ham: motivational fitness coach, founder of Owning Your Menopause and best-selling author of ’Stronger, Fitter, Calmer in 30 days’
– Sophie Medlin: consultant dietitian, media spokesperson (featured on Channel 4’s ‘Know Your S***’), and founder of City Dietitians
– Laura Coleman: CBT, meditation and mindfulness expert, and founder of Be.Modern Meditation
– An emotional health expert panel, led by our own Dr Katie Armstrong, an NHS doctor with over 20 years of experience, and women’s health and menopause expert.
There will be other wellness experiences on offer throughout the day (bookable and paid for separately), including a breathwork session, cold water therapy experience, yoga, sound bath, and mini aromatherapy treatments.
All held in and around our beautiful Sussex Barn, between Chichester & Petworth, and surrounded by miles of walks in the beautiful South Downs.
