
‘Breathe and Be…’ at Clinic 51

These sessions offer a peaceful space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle and supportive way. Each class includes nourishing breathwork, quiet meditation, and time for personal reflection.
We’ll weave together functional breathing techniques with the ancient wisdom of pranayama, offering practical tools to support your nervous system, focus your mind, and cultivate inner calm. Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have been exploring the breath for some time, the practices are accessible and deeply restorative.
Each session will close with a collective reflection on the class theme—sharing a warm cuppa, journaling, or simply sitting in stillness. It’s also an opportunity to connect with others in a genuine and meaningful way, if you wish. No rush. No pressure. Just spaciousness—to rest, process, and gently listen to whatever is stirring within.
These sessions are for anyone who feels the call to pause, breathe, and come back home to themselves. Whether you’re moving through change, deepening your self-awareness, or simply craving a pocket of calm, you’ll be held in a safe, welcoming space.
