A fun and low impact exercise with a multitude of health and fitness benefits – increasing bone density, strengthening pelvic floor and core back muscles, stimulating lymphatic flow, helping co-ordination and balance, and many more.
A blend of cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises to music on Bellicon mini rebounder trampolines. Rebounding has been proven to be more effective at burning fat and calories than jogging.
A highly effective and thoroughly uplifting form of exercise, as with every bounce the metabolic performance of the body is improved through the tension and relaxation of cells and muscles.
