We are delighted to announce the opening of our new exhibition ‘CENTURY OF CHANGE: Art Across Two Continents’.  Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.  A comprehensive strength class that targets muscle building and toning using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight. Including a variety of exercises to challenge different muscle groups, enhance overall strength, and promote muscle toning. | 7 events,  A fun and low-impact exercise with a multitude of health and fitness benefits – increasing bone density, strengthening pelvic floor and core back muscles, stimulating lymphatic flow, helping coordination and balance, and many more. A challenging strength and core fitness class. This workout is designed to push you to new limits, targeting your core muscles, arms, legs, and glutes with a variety of exercises using dumbbells and body weight, with no repeats that will challenge your strength and endurance. Designed to sculpt and tone the upper and lower body, using weights to strengthen and refine. Each class will combine a hybrid style of yoga and strength training to keep flexible & to reactivate “switched off” muscles. ALL YEAR LONG EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
Petworth has much to offer to the visitor. Petworth House is home to a wonderful collection of paintings including local scenes by JMW Turner, the extensive Petworth Park laid out by Capability Brown in the 18th century with its herds of roaming deer around the lakes. There also are festivals, fairs and markets all year long – the list is endless.
