A blend of cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises to music on Bellicon mini rebounder trampolines. Rebounding has been proven to be more effective at burning fat and calories than jogging.A highly effective and thoroughly uplifting form of exercise, as with every bounce the metabolic performance of the body is improved through the tension and relaxation of cells and muscles.
